1.Get More Sleep

2.Go Outside and avoid pollution.
Go for a walk, a run or a bike ride outdoors for some fresh air and sunshine.
Airborne toxins are one major cause of health problems, including accelerated aging.Choose less-trafficked streets and tree-filled parks to roam in, as they’ve got lower levels of airborne pollutants.
3.Do more exercise.

4.Hydrate, and drink less caffeine and alcohol
Drinking enough water and eating water-rich fruits makes your body more hydrated.
Both coffee and alcohol are dehydrating and aging.Try to limit their consumption.
5.Eat your greens
Eat as much as leafy greens as they are nutritional powerhouses.
With eating high antioxidant value foods such as fruits and vegetables, including berries, nuts such as walnuts and pumpkin seeds and spices like turmeric, cinnamon and oregano you can prevent aging.
Deep breathing which means “expanding your lungs to their fullest potential” helps to rest the nervous system which in turn promotes relaxation and reduces stress.
